Please note: The RF PSD always needs to be set to more then 231V. This value is an interlocked value. If it is set to low or if it is off, FRFQ setpoint and RF DC can't be set!

Gas flow is always between 1 sccm and 4 sccm, a typical value is at 2 sccm.
